1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.
• Digital products, downloads, in-app purchases, or services unless required by law or stated otherwise.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at horizonsynergyx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will share the next steps and return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or exchange where possible.

7. Shipping Costs

For faulty or incorrect items, Horizon Synergy will cover return shipping costs. For other approved returns, shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
