1. Services Covered

These terms apply to Horizon Synergy websites, legal pages, games, apps, ventures, experiments, contact forms, and related digital experiences unless a product-specific agreement says otherwise.

Purchases and transactions made through Horizon Synergy services may involve Horizon Synergy, a Horizon Synergy venture, independent sellers, service providers, merchants, app stores, payment providers, or other third-party platforms.

Where Horizon Synergy sells a product or service directly, the applicable Horizon Synergy policies will apply.

Where a Horizon Synergy venture operates a marketplace or facilitates transactions between users and independent third parties, additional product-specific or marketplace-specific terms and policies may apply. These policies may govern matters including seller responsibilities, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, commissions, and payouts.

Third-party payment providers, app stores, delivery providers, and other services may also have their own terms and policies.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable policies before completing a transaction.

Horizon Synergy may facilitate payments, communications, dispute resolution, refunds, or other aspects of a transaction without necessarily being the seller, service provider, manufacturer, or fulfilment provider for the underlying product or service.
