The estimator on this page uses distance as a guide and is meant to give you a general ballpark before you even open the app. The fare quoted in-app at booking is more precise — based on your exact pickup, destination, and current conditions — and that is the fare you pay.
Where a route requires toll roads, the applicable toll fees are shown as a separate line item in your fare breakdown before you confirm. You'll always know what toll costs are being added and why — nothing is rolled silently into the total.
